Honored Prairie Farms, run by the Hitzfield family, is a collective of sustainable pasture-based farmers in Northeast Indiana. They raise beef, chicken, turkey, pork and lamb. No antibiotics or hormones are used and the animals are never fed grain. Their fellowship of like-minded producers share common goals to promote healthful foods that are a direct result of sustainable farming practices and to fulfill their mission to be better stewards of the land they farm.
