Ron Lester established his first herd of bison in 1973 and to this day, bison roam on over 160 acres of Wisconsin pastures near Salem, Wisconsin.  Lester Beef & Bison offers pasture raised, natural bison, beef, pork, duck, alligator, elk and ostrich.  Our animals are raised without hormones and antibiotics and they range free on our green pastures.
