Lakeville Specialty Produce Company, Inc. was founded in 1976 and was one of the first company’s to develop commercial-scale controlled environment growing systems and techniques. They grow their produce hydroponically and distribute their products nationwide through wholesale and retail channels to fine restaurants and upscale vendors from coast to coast.  Their products are pesticide, herbicide and grit-free, as there is no soil used in their growing process. Additionally, all products are packed with roots on for maximum freshness and extended shelf life.
