Description
Ward's Berry Farm is a 175-acre family farm located in Sharon, MA. Brothers Jim and Bob Ward have run the farm since 1982, offering the finest quality fresh fruits and vegetables. Their mother Ann uses family favorite recipes to create her famous fruit jams made from Ward's extensive supply of berries and stone fruit.
They supply community members and several restaurants with crops such as corn or heirloom tomatoes picked fresh from the field that day. Ward’s Berry Farm offers “pick your own” seasons, CSA boxes and fresh produce at farmer’s markets to share with their community fresh food that comes straight from the trees or fields onto your plate. Additionally, diversity and sustainability are of prime importance to them; they work towards building the health of their soil and increasing its organic matter. They grow 18 acres of certified organic crops, and use Integrated Pest Management (IPM) for their other crops.
